Lufthansa has had its share of strikes and other interruptions last year, and it’s now staring again.
Lufthansa German Airline today is facing a massive IT problem. Checking in or boarding a plane is impossible due to this technical problem.
The reason for this is currently being investigated. Even if this problem is resolved after significant delays and many cancellations, the next dark clouds over Germany’s skies are expected on Friday.
Verdi is a trade union in Germany. According to a statement released today by Verdi, seven German airports will stage a 24-hour strike on Friday to push their demand for higher wages. The affected airports include Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Dortmund, Hanover, and Bremen airports.
