4 Army men killed in tragic accident at Shatani Nallah

Jammu : Four army men were killed and one seriously injured in a road accident on Srinagar-Jammu highway at Shatani Nallah in Banihal area of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
An official said that four army men were killed when a car (bearing registration number JK 02 N 6332) they were travelling in met with an accident near Shatani nallah.
The fifth soldier travelling in the car, headed to Jammu from Kashmir, was seriously injured in the accident, he said. He was shifted to Banihal hospital for treatment.
The deceased were identified as Pawan Kumar of village Bachyaal, Vijay Kumar, son of Rattan Lal of Gau Manasa, Omparkash of Sunetar Ramnagar Udhampur and Pawan Kumar of Akhnoor. The injured soldier was identified as Joginder Pal of Kathua.
All the soldiers, according to the official, were posted in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
