Lady killed, dozens injured during clashes in Kashmir

Srinagar : A young lady was killed and dozens injured during clashes between protesters and security forces in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, sources said.
Local sources told that hundreds of protesters clashes with security forces near the encounter site in Keller village of Shopian.
Locals hit the streets and pelted stones on forces who retaliated by using force.
They said that a young lady identified as Beauty Jan daughter of Abdul Rasheed was hit by a bullet and dozens others received injuries during the clashes.
The injured lady was immediately shifted to district hospital Pulwama were doctors declared her brought dead. Medical Superintendent Abdul Rasheed Parra while confirming her death told that Beauty Jan had received bullet in left abdomen and died on way to hospital.(Agencies)
