Deepika Padukone shares memories associated to her favourite childhood show Small Wonder : Bollywood News

Ahead of the New Year, Deepika Padukone had wiped out her Instagram and Twitter handles and started fresh from January 1, 2021. With a half-a-month gone by, the actress is now focusing on having an interaction with her fans through the platform. On day one she started an audio book where she would share her thoughts with fans.

On Wednesday evening, Deepika shared another one from her audio book series where she spoke about her favourite show growing up. “So I had a moment earlier today when I was thinking about what my favourite show was growing up. And I finally arrived at Small Wonder. How many of you remember that show?,” she said in the audio post.

“I remember coming from school and looking forward to watching Small Wonder. It was a show that lasted for 30-40 minute; if I am not mistaken. And my most favourite character from the show was Vicki. I thought she was spunky, emotional and intelligent . I think the one thing I was most fascinated by was that a robot could cry . But at the same time I found her extremely lovable and endearing and I remember watching this show with my friends Sneha and Divya. So I think on that note I am going to start rewatching Small Wonder,” she said.

Deepika Padukone recently also held a Ask Me Anything Session on Instagram and answered a few questions through video with her charming personality.

On the work front, the actress is currently shooting for Shakun Batra’s next alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday and Siddharth Anand’s Pathan starring Shah Rukh Khan. She will be seen on the big screen in Kabir Khan’s ‘83 in which she plays Romi Dev. The film also stars Ranveer Singh in the lead who plays former cricketer Kapil Dev.
