Samantha looked stunning in a timeless ivory silk organza saree, adorned with broad embroidered border. It is detailed with a cutwork all around and paired with an ivory gajji silk blouse having plunging neckline. Her saree is from the shelves of Devnaagri and is worth Rs.48,500. Sam opted to keep her look fuss-free by skipping on all accessories with the outfit barring a pair of earrings. Textured waves and blush-toned makeup completed the look. Meanwhile, In Shaakuntalam, Samantha plays the central character Shakuntala, the daughter of Menaka and Viswamithra. The film produced and directed by Gunasekhar, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. It will hit the screens worldwide on February 17. This project marks Samantha’s maiden collaboration with Gunasekhar.
