Jammu : Jammu Development Authority(JDA) had lodged an FIR against the Management of Golf Course Sidhra for restraining the JDA team to perform their official duty. Tehsildar, JDA, during the visit to the Golf Course found that an unauthorized construction has been carried out in violation of Control of Building Permission Act-1988.The management was verbally directed to stop the construction and produce relevant papers. However, the management continued with construction and on Thursday when the JDA team headed by Tehsildar, visited the Golf Course to inspect, was stopped at the entrance itself. Seeking registration of FIR under Sections 114,119, 120B, 175,183,186,187,188 and 202 of RPC and Section-6 and 12 of Control of Building Permission Act-1988, the Tehsildar lodged a written complaint with Police Post Sidhra.
