Jammu : Opposition members from National Conference and Congress on Wednesday created pandemonium in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly and later staged walkout after Speaker Kavinder Gupta disallowed the adjournment motion moved by the members seeking discussion on human rights violation in the Kashmir valley.
The second day of the J&K Legislative Assembly witnessed pandemonium and uproar as opposition demanded suspension of the normal business to discuss violation of human right issue.
After uproar, Speaker Kavinder Gupta decided to allow an hour-long discussion on civilian killings in the Valley during 2017.
