(i) The State Mourning shall be observed for 3 days w.e.f 30.01.2018 (Tuesday) to 01.02.2018 (Thursday);
(ii) (ii) the National and State Flags shall fly at half-mast during the State Mourning on all buildings and places where these are flown regularly;
(iii) (iii) there shall be no official entertainment/function during the State Mourning; and
(iv) (iv) State holiday in the memory of departed soul shall be for 31st January, 2018.
