Govinda’s daughter Tina Ahuja made her acting debut in 2015 with Smeep Kang’s Second Hand Husband opposite Gippy Grewal. The film, however, failed to impress at the box office. In a recent interview with a daily, Tina revealed that she never asked her father to make calls for her and that she can never be called a nepo kid.
Tina said that if her father had helped her secure films, she would have already signed 30-40 films. She said that she has never asked him to pull any favours for her and that she can never be called a nepo kid. Tina said that she got all her movies on her own merit and that her father never had to help.
Tina further said that Govinda has expressed his wish to produce a film for her but that has never happened. She said that he is very supportive of her work and said that it in the future they might do a film produced by him.
