Trying to represent the cases where a man was found pregnant, Mister Mummy aims at a quirky take of how a man experiences this chapter of his life along with his wife Guglu, who is also expecting.
Mister Mummy features a married couple, Guglu and Amol. While Amol is a PT… teacher who despises and punishes kids rigorously, Guglu is his loving wife with maternal instincts. They have been married for twenty years but unable to bear a child. But one day, finally, Guglu’s dream comes true when she is pregnant. However, Amol is upset over this and it causes trouble in paradise. Soon, Amol too experiences pregnancy like symptoms and a consultation with their gynaceologist, Dr. Satsangi, confirms that Amol is indeed pregnant. How they deal with the society stigma and how Amol deals with his internal conflict of bearing a child is what forms the rest of the story.
