Following a successful start of 2023, Europe Congress is hugely excited to present a completely new event: Events Club Associations Forum!
This new concept is specifically tailored for associations. After years of research and information gathering about the needs of associations, Europe Congress has come up with an event design devised to maximize the value and benefits that event planners get from it. This refreshing and unique format offers an ideal mix between meetings, networking, socializing and keynotes, whilst still allowing plenty of time to enjoy and discover the host destination – Salzburg, both a must and a joy!
Framed by mountains, crowned by the Hohensalzburg Fortress, and divided by the turquoise Salzach River, the Salzburg landscape is just stunning. To top up the experience, participants will enjoy an amazing stay at the classy Sheraton Grand Salzburg whilst the B2B meetings will take place at the modern Salzburg Congress.
Networking and the creation of business connections are the core objectives of the event.
These are accomplished thanks to the many B2B meetings which will be taking place. All meetings are prescheduled in accordance to every participant’s needs, with a matchmaking system designed to maximize the synergy in every meeting, and to create the perfect environment for conclusive business. Moreover, the event program is filled with activities such as luncheons, coffee breaks, dinner evenings and keynote sessions that allow delegates to continue networking in different environments whilst discovering surprising venues from the destination.
This boutique-styled event will welcome around 100 participants, half of which are international association event planners, carefully screened and selected based on their upcoming events and congresses planned to be held in European destinations.
