2012 – 2014
Alia Bhatt’s style during Student of the Year was more girl-next-door and feminine with sneakers and dresses, light make up and a lot of ongoing trends at that time. She was big on bright colours and glitter.
2014 – 2016
Alia was all about funky hair dos and badges and often opted for comfortable clothing. She chose denims with flowy silhouettes, baby doll gowns, with fresh makeup. Funky hairstyles were a huge obsession for Alia. She would keep her style simple and minimal makeup with pants and dresses, wide leg trousers, jumpsuits, all high street fashion clubbed with comfort and luxury.
2016 – 2018
Here was the perfect transition phase of Alia Bhatt’s girl-next-door fashion to the one which was worthy of all the appreciation. Her aura changed, her film choices took a major leap and her sartorial fashion choices became the talking point of town. With a lot of colours and prints, with bold statements and anarkalis and lehengas, Alia stole all hearts.
2019 – TO DATE
Her fashion and style have been pretty consistent over these past couple of years, with a perfect combination of fashion and comfort- she upped her game. With flowy dresses, midi skirts, power suits and sarees and lehengas, Alia’s fashion was miles ahead from what it was a few years back!
