Ankita Lokhande was one of the many people to mourn Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and celebrated his life after his demise. The actress supported the death case with all her might and gave out the necessary details all the while standing by Sushant Singh Rajput’s family. Only recently, the actress has been receiving a lot of backlash from Sushant Singh Rajput’s fans for posting videos of herself dancing and being happy in general. While Ankita Lokhande has a special place in her heart for Sushant Singh Rajput, she couldn’t help but lose her cool on some of the trolls during her recent Instagram live.
She opened up about her depression and called the people out who were accusing her of being too happy. She said, “Those who are pointing fingers at me today perhaps knew nothing about my relationship. And if you had so much love for him, then why are you fighting now? Where were you when our relationship was ending? Today, I am being blamed, but I am not at fault. Everyone has different motives in life. Sushant always wanted to grow in his life and that is what he did. He went his way. How am I to blame for that? Why am I being abused? What did I do wrong? You don’t know what is my story, so stop blaming me. It is really hurtful.”
Explaining further about her mental health, she said, “I went through depression too but I never spoke about it. I was in a very bad state. I was in a lot of pain. I also cried a lot.” Apart from her family and a few other fans, Ankita Lokhande says no one stood by her.
Ankita Lokhande had recently given a dedicational performance for Sushant Singh Rajput and for the unversed, they called it quits back in 2016 after dating for a period of six years.
