Beginning May 5, 2023, Myanmar Airways will commend direct non-stop flights from Yangon to Chennai every Saturday.
This will enhance connectivity between the two countries further after Delhi (Mon, Wed, Fri) and Kolkata (Thu, Sun) and Gaya. It will also boost leisure, MICE, VFR, corporate, labor, and medical travelers with comfortable connections to Yangon and beyond to other international and domestic destinations within the network of the airline.
Myanmar Airways will be operating on this route with Airbus A319/A320 or Embraer 190 aircraft. The flight will depart Yangon at 0800 hours and arrive Chennai at 1015 hours. The flight departing Chennai will leave at 1115 hours and arrive at Yangon at 1515 hours.
