The Villa
Nestled within a lush hillside between the characterful cobbled Pollença old town and the elegant Port de Pollença marina, Villa Can Totxa is a traditional finca-style property with all the modern luxuries and amenities one can expect of a Purple Summer escape.
The sprawling villa includes a 16m swimming pool, an all-weather tennis court, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a fully-equipped playroom for those traveling with little ones. Pollença’s thriving restaurant, nightlife, and shopping scene is just moments away, while the surrounding countryside offers an abundance of both relaxing and exhilarating activities for all ages.
With a classic farmhouse exterior combined with a modern interior, the villa is characterized by spacious open plan layouts, neutral décor and quirky artworks. Each of the four generously proportioned bedrooms has its own bathroom and stunning views of the gardens and surrounding countryside.
Service and Activities
As with all Purple Summer properties, guests of Villa Can Totxa have the option to book flexible or full service with a minimum of one meal per day – lunch or dinner – prepared by their very own private chef. Guests will have access to delicious breakfasts, daily housekeeping and a full team of staff, as well as a dedicated concierge service to cater to their every wish – from organizing private airport transfers to professional childcare, spa treatments, restaurant reservations and unique experiences which make a holiday extra special.
